Recipe #13 - Corn Souffle

1 bag of frozen corn
1 can cream style corn
4 Tbsp. butter
2 eggs and 2 whites
Box of cornbread mix
1 pint of sour cream
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Mix. Huck in baking dish. Bake at 350 for about 40 minutes or 'til lightly brown and happy.

Okay, this one isn't so new, but it is my favorite football side.

  1. Matthew turned me onto this after visiting with his Ohio relatives. They call it Corn Casserole so Matt wasn't too excited but tasted it to be polite. He's all about the Corn Casserole now and got the recipe for me to fix. I love it but find it is very rich and I can only eat a small portion.
